We only collect information you provide directly. We do not purchase data, track users across websites, or use advertising tracking pixels.
Contact Form Submissions. When you submit a quote request, we collect: company name, email address, marketing budget range, start timeline, goals, and website URL. This is used solely to evaluate your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
Google Fonts. Our site loads fonts from fonts.googleapis.com, which may send your IP to Google. See Google's privacy policy.
Form submissions are processed through an n8n automation workflow and stored in Airtable. Both services operate under their own data processing agreements. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Enquiry data is retained for a maximum of 24 months, then permanently deleted. Client engagement data is retained for 6 years after engagement ends for legal and financial record-keeping.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to: access, correct, delete, object to, or port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email info@ascends.studio. We respond within 30 days.
UK/EU residents may also lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk).
We do not use tracking or analytics cookies. Google Fonts may set cookies outside our control. You can block them via your browser settings.
Our services are directed exclusively at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
